Frozen do Ahead Muffins?
Why not. 

Drop from a #20 scoop onto parchment.

Add the Streusel Topping
and pop in the freezer.
When frozen bag in a freezer bag.

Drop them into the muffin cups and hold them in the refrigerator until the next morning.

Heat the oven and bake until done.
