Pumpkin Seeds - Isn't this why they made Halloween?

My son was asked to Sadie Hawkins and was looking for a fun way to answer, so we carved an obliging pumpkin. What does this mean? After the pumpkin guts are cleared... seeds.

After rinsing the pumpkin goo off of the seeds I simmered the lovelies in a pot of water with some salt for 10 minutes. Then I toasted them on a baking sheet in the oven to dry the shells out for removal.
