Chocolate Flan Cake - Mmmmm!
My neighbor is an amazing cook and just look at what she bought me.
She says it is a Chocolate cake mix prepared according to the package directions
with flan made from a can of La Lechera (Latin foods Isle) or Sweetened condensed milk,
a can of Evaporated milk, 3 eggs and vanilla. Sometimes she opts to brown sugar in a sauce pan until it liquified and then spreads it over the bottom of the bunt pan.
But, my neighbor did not use coke or add the topping. (Cajeta)
The Carmel sauce looks yummy, but the extra calories might not be worth it to me.
All I can say is YUM!
A lot of the women in the Spanish ward I used to attend would make that. One woman who knew I loved to bake invtited me to her house so she could teach me how to make it. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was a mix and very easy. :) And very yummmm!
