My muffin kick goes on.
Whole Wheat Muffins
1 cup all-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Whole wheat Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 beaten Eggs
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
(1/2 cup Blueberries or Chocolate Chips - Optional)
Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl.
And mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine and mix until just moistened.
Do not over mix.
Grease muffin tin with shortening.
Makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.
