Dutch Oven Bread - No Knead Bread - Updated

3 day refrigerated left over pizza dough
Does the thought of a chewy crusted round of bread make you smile?

I have played with no knead bread in the past and think it is wonderful stuff!
Today I had left over dough from the pizzas that I made on Saturday for General Conference.
(That's 3 day old refrigerated dough.)
So, for my 6qt. Enamel Dutch Oven's maiden voyage I formed it into a round and baked it at 400 degrees.
It turned out beautiful!

I will be playing in the near future.  :o)

I made Jim Lahey's recipe yesterday.
I used 1 1/2 tsp salt because the original recipe is salt weak.
The dough should be too loose to handle.
Be generous with the flour on the tea towel.
And be sure to watch some videos if you are a first timer.

Jim Lahey's recipe with 1 1/2 tsp salt
It is not visible in the picture, but this loaf has a very nice gelatinized crumb.
Here is a good place to start.
And I like this guy's videos.
