Fire Season - More than just a Red Sunset

When I see red sunsets these days I think of the 19 fire fighters who lost their lives.  Today, I read a moving article about a family left behind by the fire.  Juliann and her small children were left with a tender mercy.  Her husband gave each of them a rubber wrist band during family home evening about 6 months ago.  He called them their be good bands.  His was recovered with his personal effects.  Andrew had told his wife, "...that he would wear his until it fell off his wrist — because it was so worn out — or until the day he died."  He kept his promise.   He was an honorable man who left a lasting example for those around him to be good.
