I'd like to share my 2nd Fondant cake with you. This little cutie measures 4"tall x 6" wide. I covered it with Marshmallow Fondant and then dotted it with butter cream.
I think marshmallow fondant tastes good especially if you flavor it with Almond. I am not however a big fondant eater. I'll eat it if the slice is small, but if I have a wedge of cake on my plate I peel much of it off even if it is good.
However, I do think marshmallow fondant is the most appealing of what I have tasted.
I was practicing for a cake I am doing today and tomorrow. Yipee!
Wow! It is perfectly petite and beautiful. I love it. How does the marshmallow fondant taste? And, any special occasion?
